Alpha Kappa Lambda is very involved in helping the community and
various charaties. One of our biggest philanthropic events is our annual
Halloween haunted mansion, held at the AKL House. Around $2,000 is
usually raised every year from this and is donated to a charity of our
choosing. Giving back to the community of Kirksvilleis an important agenda
for us, adopt-a-highway and park clean-ups are a couple of the various
services we have performed throughout the years.
